Certified clinical reviewers who audit AI-assembled prior authorization packets before they go to payers. Background in utilization management, medical necessity criteria, or ASC clinical workflows preferred.
Revenue cycle
Specialists who understand how payer policies, denial codes, and authorization turnaround times affect ASC revenue. Experience with orthopedic, spine, or pain management coding is valuable.
Customer success
Onboarding and ongoing support for ASC customers. You will own the relationship from go-live through expansion, working closely with schedulers, billing staff, and clinical leadership.
